Privacy & Data Protection

Version 2026-06. This notice explains what Qwik Academy collects and your rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, optional organization, and role.
• Learning data: enrollments, module progress, evaluation scores, badges, certificates and any 90-day commitment you record.
• Operational logs: sign-in events, downloads and key actions, with timestamp and IP address, kept for security and audit.

Why, and our lawful basis

We process this data to deliver the course you signed up for (performance of a contract) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest). We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Cookies

We set one essential session cookie (sign-in) and a security token. No analytics or marketing cookies are set by default.

Retention

Account and learning data are kept while your account is active. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account page. On deletion we anonymize your records, retaining only non-identifying aggregate statistics and certificate-verification hashes.

Your rights

You may access, export, correct or erase your data, and object to or restrict processing. Use the controls on your account page, or contact us at admin@qwikbusinesssolutions.com.

Sharing

Your facilitator and (where assigned) your sponsor can see your progress summary and any commitment you record. They cannot see your password or individual evaluation answers.
